Thank you, students and teachers!!! You made the Generate 2017 program a huge success and we hope that we’ve inspired you to carry forward your enthusiasm into your school-based energy and climate action projects.
Below are some important follow-up items:
Photos & Videos: Our photographer is busy editing her collection of photos and we will make them available on our Inside Education Flickr page asap. In meantime, you can get a sneak peak by viewing the Generate video.
Follow up Survey: We can’t wait to know what you thought of your Generate experience please share this online survey with all the teachers and students that participated. Take the survey!
Thank the Generate 2017 partners. A quick note from you letting them know the importance and value of education programs like Generate goes a long way to ensuring that we can continue to provide these experiences to schools across Alberta. Please ensure you thank your schools Generate partner and feel free to send to others as well! Generate 2017 Partner contact list.
Presentations: Many of the ‘idea generators‘ have made a copy of their presentations available so you can have a quick reminder of the content we covered at the summit.
Your Energy and Climate Action Project: We spent some time working on the projects at the summit but the rest is up to you. Use the Gener8 Project Workbook & editable Project Plan as a guide but we encourage you to be creative; we love to see pictures, videos and be invited to your events! Please keep in touch with your Inside Education Team Lead to let us know how your projects are going and how we can continue to support your school.
